The cost of this payroll service is only £222.00 per year, for up to 10 current people held on the payroll. Charges are approximately pro rata for groups joining part-way through the year. If you have more employees we can quote for the numbers involved.
For this we:
process your payroll based on the information you e-mail to us each month using our input form;
email the reports which you will need for your financial accounts and for payment of your employees;
mail out to you the payslips for you to distribute to your employees;
process Statutory Sick Pay, Maternity Pay, Student Loans, Court Orders, SAP, SPP etc payments and advise on reclaiming these payments as appropriate;
produce P45s for your employees when they leave;
provide an email and telephone helpline facility to respond to your payroll queries;
process your year end returns and provide you with P11s and P60s for your employees;
ensure you stay legally compliant (based on the information you provide to us);
act as your agent with the Inland Revenue thus minimising your involvement with them;
can assist you with such areas as holiday pay entitlement, minimum wages, stakeholder pensions, redundancy payments and other areas surrounding payroll;
will assist your employees, subject to your approval, with questions they have concerning their wages.
Level Two
Our charge for this service is only an additional £33 per year for up to 10 current people held on the payroll.
If you have more employees we can quote for the numbers involved.
For this we:
do all that is detailed above, PLUS
pay your employees each month by BACS so their money is paid directly into their bank account;
pay the Inland Revenue.
