Championing the right to play for children & young people AGE 0-19 in Oxfordshire

OXFORDSHIRE PLAY ASSOCIATION

Oxfordshire Play Partnership (OPP)

The Oxfordshire Play Partnership (OPP) was formed in 2006, and is a group of organisations and individuals who have an interest in the play of children and young people aged 0-20 years. The organisations come from the voluntary sector (such as charities), private sector and the statutory sector (parish, town, district and county councils). They have created the Oxfordshire Play Strategy and its associated Action Plan and Play Policy, which provide strategic focus for play in the county (copies of these are available under 'Play Resources'.)

OPP is jointly chaired by Martin Gillett (Manager of Oxfordshire Play Association) and Alison Partridge (Oxfordshire County Council's Strategic Lead for Play).  Meetings are usually held 4 times per year. Minutes are posted on this website under 'Play resources'.
